It’s like being a detective in the world of client services - you'll analyze patterns, anticipate needs, and understand the underlying story behind the data. This critical insight will drive strategic decisions and ensure we're always a step ahead in delivering exceptional service. How Your Success is Measured: Client Satisfaction Scores: Your effectiveness will be reflected in the happiness and loyalty of our clients. ‍ EA Performance Metrics: The growth and efficiency of the Executive Assistants under your wing. ‍ Process Improvement: Your ability to identify and implement enhancements in our service delivery process. ‍ Problem Resolution Efficiency: How effectively and swiftly you resolve Client and EA challenges. ‍ In this Role, You Will: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention. - Innovate service delivery processes for maximum efficiency. - Handle client support and various operational tasks as needed. - Meet new hires, ensuring successful integration and first impressions. - Empower and mentor Executive Assistants (EAs), enhancing their skills based on client feedback. - Manage and resolve Client-EA relationship challenges. - Conduct ea performance reviews, and collaborate with hr to improve hiring strategies. - Maintain ea performance standards and oversee ea-client communications.
