Desenvolver um chatbot dentro da plataforma da Symphony, seguindo todas as recomendações deles.
A plataforma da symphony eh colaborativa e já possui Chat, ligações e compartilhamento de telas nativo. O que preciso, eh criar um chatbot que o “cliente” irá chamar e “direcione” as conversas para os analistas e o cliente não saiba o nome do analista q está falando com eles.
