I need to use a image similar to this for a publication.
Due to author rights I cannot the same.
I need someone to do some changes to this image graphics/shapes/colours but the content should be the same - The most important areas of the figures is the area of "Temporal bone" and "cn iv" trajectory as well as the "lateral rectus muscle".

The signature should be erased. You can then write done by "" for Juan Quesada. Thank you.
