Recently purchased a 6,522 square feet lot/land in the Dominican Republic and will like to design a 3-bedrooms two level house. Each Bedroom with it's own bathroom and a half bathroom/powder room in the first floor. We like an open concept in the first level as well, high ceilings.
We will like a Spanish/Tuscan/Rustic design with arch windows and doors. Must also include a garage and a outdoor space for with a rectangle pool (est. 15 x 8). Will need house plans/blue prints, visual design with electrical and plumbing. Also I attached a few pictures as reference.
