Final Capstone Project (30% of Grand Total)
In 3,500 words * (+/- 10%, excluding appendices), perform a strategic analysis that addresses the following:

Introduction
Write an executive summary that includes the scope of Part A and Part B.
Include a brief company profile


Part A: Current Strategy
Describe the company's internal and external environment. Justify your analysis with references to one or more theoretical frameworks.


Describe the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the company. Justify your thinking with a SWOT analysis.
Identify the mission, vision, goals, and objectives of the company.

Explain whether alignment exists between each and why.
Describe the current strategy of the company. Support your thinking with references to the company and its products.



Part B: Future Strategy
Based on your findings from Part A, explain the company's long-term usability and survivability in this market. Support your thinking with your own observations and judgments, current research, and references to the theoretical framework (s).
Explain the company's latest business activities, including but not limited to mergers and acquisitions, new business ventures, and products and offerings.


Using this information, explain the future strategy and / or propose a new strategy that can focus on surviving and thrive in the market of tomorrow.

Conclusion
Explain, in your own words, the key findings from your analysis of the company.
* You can choose any suitable format for your individual report as long as it is word-processed, professional, and presented in a report style.
