Cambiar función de código aleatorio para el Id

Se debe cambiar en el código fuente y la base de datos para que ya no salga el id de forma aleatoria por los parametros de longitud, esas funciones estan en el codigo y la base de datos. La mayoria de las tablas y partes fundamentales tiene esa funcion y ya no se requiere que sea aleatorio. Se adjunta un ejemplo de la bd de como se carga el id de manera aleatoria segun las longitudes de las funciones.
