As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to potential customers, educating them about our products, and persuasively selling our supplements to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our range of nutritional supplements.

Handling inbound calls from customers, providing product information, answering inquiries, and resolving concerns.

Using persuasive sales techniques to upsell products and maximize sales revenue.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

Providing accurate information about product features, benefits, and usage instructions.

Processing orders accurately and efficiently using our sales software systems.


Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by management.

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Collaborating with team members and management to achieve team goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Ability to learn and retain product knowledge quickly.

Strong computer skills and experience with CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Work from home 1099 contractor.
