Cad designer to create a 3d model for a house or a farmland in Western Australia

We have a plot of land of approx. 580 acres in Western Australia (Near Perth) which we are looking for design ideas to market to rich overseas-China, India, Middle East, HK, whoever.

It currently has a river at the south side of property which needs clearing out as very overgrown, we have ideas also to build large soaks where we could use for overflow & storage of water as well as a feature for fish or the Australian equivalent of freshwater lobsters.

Also we are considering building a better gravel road upto current house( this is a run down house which could be used as a caretakers place in the future) and also continue up to the top of the hill this creating a better and easier access to the whole property. We are also considering having another soak towards the bottom of the road adjacent to the river to act as an overflow, storage, feature. Both these soaks would be approx.
60m in length by 30 or 40m
