Business Development Analyst - English Speaking

SweatWorks, the leading technology company in the fitness industry, is hiring a Business Development Analyst, Spanish-speaker, fluent in written and spoken English and with full-time availability.  A business development analyst is charged with performing analytical tasks for the purpose of developing, analyzing and distributing sales and productivity reports to management as well as other staff.

Here is a list of skills we are looking for a candidate:
- Data analysis & architecture
- Data migration & restructure strategy (de-normalization)
- Data replication solution engineering
- Data warehouse (redshift) & EMR jobs
- Monitoring & Improvements

In regards to our particular project, we are looking someone who can handle the following tasks:

1. Analyze our existing data flow & structure
2. Build a solution to migrate/transform our data from eqnx ms sql servers to our aws rds - mysql & dynamodb databases
3.
Build a sync/replica processes to keep data consistent between both environments.
4. Monitor and improve databases solution & architecture to achieve performance & cost efficiency
5. Build a solution to deliver/transform our data to Redshift data warehouse

The following AWS services we are planning to use:

1. RDS / Aurora (MySQL) to store relational data
- read replicas and cross-zone load balancing
2.
DynamoDB - to store non-relational data
3. DynamoDB DUX & data streaming
4. DMS & Schema conversion tool - Data migration, replication & transformation
5.
EMR Jobs
6. Glue - data aggregation
7. Athena - data analytics

Must have 3 + years experience.
