Business Development Manager – Procurement and Industrial Production (Garments, Textiles, Furniture, and More)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth in the procurement and industrial production sectors. This role will focus on business development strategies and partnerships to expand our presence in the garment, textile, furniture industries, and other product categories.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth Strategy:
Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in LOGIVO's procurement and industrial production operations, particularly in the garment, textile, and furniture sectors.
Market Expansion:
Identify and target new business opportunities across various regions, focusing on Africa, Europe, and North America. Work towards expanding LOGIVO’s customer base and supplier network.
Partnership Development:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with manufacturers, particularly in China, to ensure product quality, cost optimization, and timely deliveries.
Product Portfolio Management:
Manage and expand logivo’s portfolio of products, including oem and odm services, textiles, industrial workwear, furniture, and promotional products.
Project Coordination:
Oversee procurement projects from quotation to delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor market trends, analyze financial performance, and prepare regular reports on sales, revenue growth, and market expansion opportunities. Ensure cost-efficiency in all business activities.
Client Acquisition:
Actively engage in identifying new clients and industries to onboard. Develop tailored proposals to meet client needs and close new deals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in business development, supply chain management, procurement, or industrial production, ideally within the textile, garment, or furniture industries.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Production, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in similar fields are a plus.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and networking skills.
Experience working with international suppliers and manufacturers, particularly in Asia (China).
Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of market trends in textiles, furniture, and procurement industries.
