Es un web scraping que funciona un indexador de portales inmobiliarios para la búsqueda de fichas inmobiliarias con filtros específicos del cliente de acuerdo a un formulario que él llena para dejar en un excel de las diferentes qué fichas que coinciden con los filtros de búsqueda del cliente para posteriormente esperar aprobación para que un bot de data entry de de alta las fichas en CRM Inmobiliario.
