Build Chatbot on Tekos.co

We are looking for a developer who has strong experience in building and implementing chatbots. The objective is to create smart bots to have an organically flowing conversation with users. The bots have to be built and implemented using Tekos.co platform.


Requirements- The chatbots have to build for 2 websites which will require creating complex workflows with conditional logic and data formatting.

The desired actions required from the chatbot are:

- Ask the visitor about their query using dialogflow NLP agent.
- API integration with Hubspot.
- Create a set of predefined replies.

- Provide a list of solutions for the user to choose from to lay a guided step process according to user requirements.
- Deactivate bot at any time to hand over the conversation to a live agent and vice-versa.
- Provide an option to the user of giving feedback and ratings as means to end the conversation.
