Hi - i would like to start a blog using WordPress.org that is hosted in order to monetize it. I would like someone to help me with the theme, lay out and all the plugins necessary in order to monetize the site.

I have an old blog with just 3 posts but would like to transfer it since it was on wordproess,com and i, not able to monetize it
