Hi there.

I would like to ask if you are able to make a system for me? I have the detailed requirements below. I would also like to ask if you are able to negotiate with the payments? Like if I am able to pay every 15 days instead of one-time payment as I only get money monthly as I am a working student, but I surely can pay if it is monthly.

I have no issue with budget, I just want to receive the expectations of the system as well as it is fully working.
