I need a robot that when I type a text it can speaks just as it was me.

This solution is widely available in English, but its hard to find in Portuguese.

The pronunciation needs to be perfect, so if its not possible to make a perfect text-to-speech solution, it could be a pre-recorded combination of phrases that combines as an operator would want to form a sentence.
