[Still looking for someone!]

I run a simple plain html/css blog for information sharing. Google recommends me to improve the CLS score below 0.10:

developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcryptsus.com%2Fblog%2Fhow-to-secure-your-ssh-server-with-public-key-elliptic-curve-ed25519-crypto.html

Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS): measures visual stability. To provide a good user experience, pages should maintain a CLS of less than 0.1: https://web.dev/cls/

How can I bring down the CLS value of my blog? I want to improve the SEO score.

I have the whole blog zipped as a file.

I have a budget of $15-$20 for this task.
