This is a full-time (8hrs/day) customer support post for an online store.
$400 USD/month (payment fees included) for the first month probation period.
$500 USD/month + bonuses after the probation period.

We also have incentives/bonuses depending on your performance.
Description:
We’re looking to hire 2 female customer support for our Brazil online store to do the following tasks:
- Respond to customer emails via Zendesk.
- Respond to Facebook comments and messages.
- Cancel orders if needed, issue refunds, deal with chargebacks.
Most of the communication is in writing, we only call customers to follow up on their boletos, and in case of CC disputes/chargebacks.
- Other translation tasks, etc.
Requirements:
- Preferably located anywhere in Brazil.  If you're not in Brazil, you'll be declined.

- Can speak and write in English and Portuguese.
- Must have a good working PC or laptop w/ mic and camera.
- At least 5 Mbps Broadband internet speed.

- Can start ASAP.
- Must be available at least 8 hours per day. It can be fewer hours, depends on the volume of emails.

- Must be available during weekends too.
Skills:
- Customer support experience.
- Familiar with using Zendesk, Shopify, Facebook.
(If not, that’s okay, we’ll teach you)
- Social Media Marketing is a plus but not required.
