We’re looking for a highly creative, organized, and proactive Brand Creative Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our brand’s creative direction. This role combines graphic design, content strategy, and copywriting, ensuring our visual identity and messaging are consistent, engaging, and professional across all platforms.
You’ll work closely with the Advertising Specialist and VA to bring our brand vision to life, oversee content schedules, and manage creative outsourcing for tasks like photography and videography. Responsibilities
1. Brand Leadership
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines (visual style, tone, and messaging).
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop ideas for promotions, campaigns, and launches.
2. Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, product packaging, and advertisements.
- Design graphics using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, or Figma.
- Write compelling copy for social media captions, ad creatives, email newsletters, and product descriptions.
3. Content Calendar Management
- Plan and create monthly content calendars, outlining what content will go live, on what platform, and when.
- Work with the VA to ensure content is scheduled on time and posted as planned.
- Provide guidance for engagement strategies and platform-specific best practices.
4. Creative Outsourcing
- Oversee external projects like product photography and videography, ensuring they align with brand standards.
- Coordinate with freelancers or agencies for specialized content needs.
5. Collaboration & Analysis
- Collaborate with the Advertising Specialist to ensure content is optimized for paid campaigns.
- Analyze content performance and adjust creative strategies to improve engagement and brand visibility.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Brand Creative Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing your work in graphic design, copywriting, and branding (required).
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or Figma.
- Excellent copywriting abilities, including writing for ads, social media, and web.
- Experience creating and managing content calendars.
- Experience working with or overseeing photographers/videographers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
