Preciso de uma rotina, escrita em java android, com as seguintes características:

1. Integração entre o celular e um botão externo (segue a imagem de um botão);
2. A rotina deve descobrir e parear esse dispositivo (botão) externo;
3.
Ao pressionar no botão o mesmo deve enviar um caracter para a APP;
4. A APP recebe esse caracter. Depois nossa equipe fará o resto;
IMPORTANTE -> A APP deve receber esse caracter mesmo que esteja em standby
