El desarrollo consiste en un bot que permita mediante whatsapp inteactuar con usuarios tecnicos y realizar consultas sobre el estado de unos dispositivos.
El usuario puede realizar consultas utilizando diferentes datos del equipo, obtener en estado actual, solicitar una configuracion y confirmar que la misma ya fue hecha.

Del lado backoffice, el bot realiza las consultas mediante una serie de api rest que le permiten obtener la información solicitada por el usuario.
