We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision to manage our financial and administrative activities.
Basic Job Scope:
All Sales Order reconciliation within out POS System.
Money Deposits (checks and cash).

Quick Book Entries.
Bank Statements Reconciliation.
Bill Pay.

Customer Service Issues (i.e. Credits, etc).
Payroll Timekeeping.
Misc.
Administrative duties.
Requirements:
Monday-Friday.
