A Bookkeeper is needed to work with a Accounting / Bookkeeping company. Great communicational skills and habits are a *must.
We are looking for someone serious and long term, this is a part time position which will become a full time with over time workload shortly. So, someone dedicated is needed.
Administrative Duties:
* Do Bookkeeping QuickBooks
* Update our CRM with books progress
* Answer clients & customers email inquiries
* Follow-up with scheduled meetings
Required skills:
* Fluent / native in English speaking and writing
* QuickBooks Desktop and online version experience
* Excel and gSheets skills
* Pleasant customer service skills
* Is available, between 1pm to 6pm EST, at least 3 days a week between Mon to Fri.
Big PLUS:
- Experience in Xero, Quicken, Saga, AccountingLess, and other popular programs (mention it in my the your Describe your proposal)
- Payroll
- Knowledge with CRMs
- Spanish speaking
