Preciso trocar todos os links http que estão no meu blog Wordpress para https, para que meu blog fique como site seguro (cadeado verde). Segundo minha hospedagem, eles já instalaram o certificado SSL, só falta trocar os links http para https. Acredito que tenha meia dúzia de links para fazer essa troca.

Preciso de alguém com experiência, que já tenha feito isso antes.
