Performance bonus: $10 for every confirmed appointment

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to U.S.-Based homeowners, introducing construction services such as roof mitigation and water damage repair.
Use a provided script to confidently engage potential clients and explain how services are often covered by their insurance.
Schedule 4+ confirmed appointments per day while accurately recording all client details.
Effectively handle objections and provide clear answers to client questions.
Maintain daily and weekly performance goals.
Requirements:
Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
Bilingual (English and Spanish) to communicate effectively with a broader range of clients.
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—training provided for the right candidates.
Reliable equipment:
A computer with a stable internet connection.
A high-quality headset for clear communication during calls.
Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
