Banner/Bunting Design enterprise client

Looking for a local graphic designer (Malaysian) to prepare a bunting. This is a one-off project.

Requirements:
- has experience in advertising design
- can share portfolio of completed designs related to advertising (add link or attach here)
- design the bunting in the actual size or a minimum of 50%
- can work reasonably fast

Bunting Specifications:
- X Frame Stand Bunting/Vinyl Banner
- Graphic size: 2 'x 6' feet (24" by 72" inches)
- Create in actual size or 50%.

- Output resolution: 100 - 300 DPI
- Design must be in CMYK color mode
- Design to be saved as jpg or png
