We are looking for a BackEnd Project Leader to join our team in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of back end development in the different projects that the employee is involved.
- System architecture design, implementation and testing.
- Work within an Agile environment with strong attention to a well-documented code, unit testing and continuous integration.
- Being able to mentor/coach/train other colleagues as a domain expert.
- Clear communication with the clients, to analyze their requirements and set a strategy, coordinating the development team in order to satisfy the clients’ needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-4 years programming with Django/Python
- Basic understanding of Mobile development
- Basic understanding of Front development
- Knowledge of the use of Linux Server (Deployments with Nginx+Mysq)
- Knowledge of the use of Domains
- Knowledge of Git (familiar with its other versions)
- Minimum of 2 years as a Project Leader
- Ability to estimate project timelines
English language
Valued skills:
- 2-3 years with JavaEE and its most common frameworks (Spring)
- 2-3 years with PHP and its related frameworks
- Able to manage to new technologies
- Ability to work on projects related to the finance sector
- Client oriented.
- Scrum, pmp and itil certifications.
