Automatizar regra cancelamento e inativação na Vindi.  Parãmetros flexiveis, que possam ser alterados, de pagamento, após os quais, a assinatura será primeiro Inativada (com envio de mensagem ou "webhook" para disparador de email/whats/SMS externo), e posteriormente, permanecendo o não pagamento, cancelada, tbm com envio de mensagem / estímulo via Webhook
