* - Necessito de um sistema que esteja conectada a um banco Oracle.
* - Ao receber um gatilho do banco o sistema que será criado executará rotinas com o Selenium, preferencialmente desenvolvido em PHP.  Exemplo abrir um site especifico, se logar, enviar o CPF dele e me retornar a mensagem do site.
