We need our manual routine to have an upgrade, to finish all the work with ease, and not time consuming. We need a system that will make it for us easier to produce a result. We usually used MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, together with the google sheets where it acts as our database.


We're producing charts for the reports so we also just used Pivots in excel to do that, and some data are in Chinese characters. This project should have a confidentiality measures.
