We are a nongovernmental organization that works with companies and governmental projects, we are looking to build a team that helps to restructure the organization and sales department of our organization, for this reason, we are opening the next position:

Assistant of General Manager

Main targets:

1) Rebuild the sales department looking to increase the number of affiliates and to increase the number of sales that our affiliates make the thought of the organization.

2) Improve the administrative structure and organization of the organization.

Assistant of General Manager: Responsibilities (advising in):

01) Overseeing daily business operations.
02) Developing and implementing growth strategies.
03) Training low-level managers and staff.

04) Creating and managing budgets.
05) Improving revenue.
06) Hiring employees.

07) Evaluating performance and productivity.
08) Analyzing accounting and financial data.
09) Researching and identifying growth opportunities.

10) Generating reports and giving presentations.

Skills required:

00) The applicant must live in Costa Rica, (is it's possible on San Jose)
01) To have experience in building relationships with SMEs and bigger companies.
02) To have a fluent knowledge of Spanish and English language.
03) To have experience and sales and sales management.

04) To have experience as General Manager in stable companies (not in own companies).
05) Good knowledge of different business functions.
06) Strong leadership qualities.

07) Excellent communication skills.
08) Highly organized.
09) Strong work ethic.

10) Good interpersonal skills.
11) Meticulous attention to detail.
12) Computer literate.

13) Proactive nature.

Preferential skills:

1) To have experience in the administration of human resources.
2) To have experience in relationships with governmental institutions or authorities.
3) To have experience in build and organized new companies (we have a department that provides this service to our affiliates)
4) Experience in the use of tools of CRM and the virtual organization of companies.


Tittles required:

1) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or superior. With emphasis on Marketing and Sales.

About our organization:

We are a chamber of commerce that is working in around 23 countries, our ad value is to provide to our affiliates solutions that let them increase the competitiveness of their companies.

Another function of our institution is to advise the governments in the implementation of better politics that improve the commercial competitiveness of their countries.

Also we are working on social projects that are involved with the United Nations and cultural activities.

Economical compensation:

01) Base salary
02) Quarterly bonuses


Rewards:

01) If the candidate that will be selected as General Manager adviser has a higher efficiency in his job, he will get a bonus for results during the end of the year
