Assistance with a Raspberry Pi Zero Project

I have a Raspberry Pi Zero W with a Camera, what I would like to create is a way to take the input signal from the camera (920x720), duplicate it and forward it to an attached HMD (Head Mounted Display). Open hmd is program created allow you to enjoy vr with any hmd (at least supported by the program) and lg r100 360 vr is one of them.

I'm not interested in rotation of the HMD or position, all I want it to do is work as a display for the camera feed.

I would like to duct tape all this together, it's seems feasible, but I don't have the know how to put it all together.
