Preciso aprender como utilizar Save As e não precisar instalar novamente as bibliotecas em cada versão do meu projeto.

Cada vez que gravo uma nova versão tipo meuscekth_A para meuscekth_B tenho que instalar as bibliotecas novamente. Isso é o normal. Nas versões 1.8.xx as bibliotecas eram centralizadas e disponíveis em qualquer novo sketch.
