Appraisal Coordinator - Maria José Vargas enterprise client

The Appraisal Coordinator will be a contributing member of the risk management department,
working directly with the Appraisal Team Manager. The position provides day-to-day support to
the appraisal department by ordering and later organizing completed appraisal reports on
investment properties across the country. This role works closely with internal teams including
operations and sales. A successful candidate will be very proficient with technology (strong
computer skills), will have the ability to successfully communicate across departments while
maintaining integrity regarding best valuation practices.
