Appointment Setter (Wedding Photography & Videography Agency)

Our US-based wedding photography and videography agency is seeking an enthusiastic appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate should be based in the PDT time zone and have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

Working with the CRM system (Pipedrive)
Setting calls with potential clients via API telephony (Kixie)
Sending emails and SMS
Answering DMs (very rarely)
Sending proposals
Following up on proposals
Requirements:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a similar role
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with basic computer programs such as email and spreadsheets, as well as CRM systems
Email writing proficiency
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Time zone: PST (Pacific Standard Time)
