Growing mortgage brokerage is looking for passionate individuals with strong English/Spanish speaking/writing skills to be part of our family-oriented team. We are looking for caring individuals that love and enjoy talking to people and want to see our clients succeed in becoming home owners.

2+ years of cold calling / appointment setting

Team players but also able to work independently with minimal supervision
Must be able to follow pre-established checklists and procedures
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce, a plus)
Strong knowledge of MS Outlook / Word / Excel
Knowledge of Google Calendar
Knowledge of Adobe Pro
Familiar with Google Sheets
PC / Internet Specs

Job Description

Take inbound calls with the upmost professionalism and phone etiquette
Schedule appointments from incoming calls with potential Realtor® partners & new clients
Make outbound warm calls to new clients to schedule appointment
Follows up with old leads for appointments
Follows up with clients for pending documents
Manages team leader agenda using Outlook / Google Calendar / Booking page powered by OnceHub

9:00AM to 5:00PM PST
