Project Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Cold Caller and Appointment Setter to help us generate qualified leads. In this role, your primary goal will be to schedule appointments with key decision-makers across various industries who could benefit from our services. By executing focused cold-calling campaigns, you’ll significantly contribute to our pipeline growth.
Compensation Structure - Strictly Performance-Based
Base Pay:
$20 per qualified appointment booked.
Bonus Tiers:
10 appointments/week: Additional $100 bonus.
15 appointments/week: Additional $200 bonus.
20 appointments/week: Additional $300 bonus.
25+ appointments/week: Additional $500 bonus.
These bonuses are added to the base appointment fee, motivating you to exceed the minimum targets and rewarding high performance.
Commission on Sales: In addition to earning $20 per qualified appointment and performance bonuses, you’ll also earn a 2.5% commission on the profit from any sale resulting from an appointment you booked.
For example:
If a client signs a $10,000/month contract with a profit margin of $7,000, you would earn 2.5% of that $7,000 profit, which equals $175 per month.
This $175 is a residual commission, meaning you’ll continue to earn it every month for the life of the campaign as long as the client remains with us.

Scope of Work: Task 1: Cold Calling & Lead Qualification Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to provided leads (or self-generated), with a target of contacting at least 35 potential customers per hour. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads according to set criteria, identifying the key decision-makers responsible for marketing decisions. Voicemail Messages: Leave compelling voicemail messages that encourage callbacks when direct contact is unavailable. We can provide set recording. Task 2: Email Follow-Up Personalized Emails: Send follow-up emails to prospects after cold calls or voicemails, using provided templates and follow-up processes. Task 3: Appointment Scheduling Book Strategy Sessions: Schedule appointments for digital strategy sessions or special offers with qualified and interested prospects. Coordination: Ensure smooth scheduling, including sending calendar invites and reminders for upcoming meetings. Targets: Aiming to book a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week. Task 4: Documentation & CRM Management Record-Keeping: Accurately track interactions and appointments in the provided CRM system (Close.io). Data Entry: Update contact information, call outcomes, and follow-up actions in the CRM. Task 5: Reporting Progress Reporting: Submit daily or weekly progress reports, summarizing activities, appointments booked, and feedback received. Assets Provided: Phone System: Dialpad phone number for making outbound calls. Lead Lists: Prospect lists in Excel or the Close CRM system. Scripts: Comprehensive call and email scripts tailored to our services and the industries we target. CRM Access: Access to Close.io for managing leads. Training & Support: Comprehensive onboarding training on services, CRM usage, and our value propositions. Requirements: Experience: Proven track record as an appointment setter or cold caller, with experience generating qualified leads. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade prospects. Accent: Strong English and Spanish verbal + written communication CRM Proficiency: Experience using Close.io or similar CRM platforms. Availability: Must be available to make calls Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English with clear articulation. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet performance targets without constant supervision. Legal Compliance: Adherence to telemarketing laws and ethical guidelines is mandatory. Target Market: We are targeting Small to Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs), especially in sectors that benefit from digital marketing services. The prospects will be sourced from cold email lists, RFPs, webinar leads, and other digital campaigns. We are currently expanding into latam and are very open to working with latam based appointment setters and sales people.
