O aplicativo funcionara como um provedor de tv como dstv por exemplo.
o mesmo, tem que ter a capacidade dos utilizadores pagarem ou nao mas  por via de diversas plataformas bancarias e caso tenha que ser free tenhamos  a condição de assim definir por meio de um botao
