App para tomar y personalizar de fotos en vivo

Necesito desarrollar una plataforma (dashboard + app). El app debe tomar fotos y permitir reemplazar el fondo con una imagen prediseñada y adicional agregar un marco sobre esta foto con el fondo personalizado. Esa foto se debe enviar al correo de un usuario y cada usuario debe ir asociado a un evento especifico.

El dashboard debe funcionar para crear eventos, cargar los marcos y fondos y manejar las bases de datos del evento. Podría manejar métricas sencillas como cantidad de fotos tomadas, y usuarios registrados.
