Sólo necesito una app con un navegador web embebido para mostrar una url a la que debe apuntar  la app apenas comienza a funcionar.
Necesito que cumpla las siguientes caracteristicas:
- que arranque on un splash que te voy a proveer en los tamaños necesarios
- que muestre un navegador web embebido apuntando a una URL fija
- esta url se muestra ocupando el 100% de la app
