Necesito que se desarrolle una App que sea un navegador web, compatible con las plataformas especificadas, para que me muestre una página web donde tengo una webapp en html5 que utiliza frameworks en javascript, Ej: jquery, framework7, bootstrap, para darle funcionalidad y manejar los estilos propios de la webapp con css.

De preferencia que se desarrolle en RadStudio o KIVi, se necesita nos den el código fuene y los ejecutables para publicarse en Apple Store y Google Play.
