I require an application for iOS and Android that manages a YouTube channel, its playlists and videos. That the application is capable of showing push notifications when a video is uploaded, in addition to displaying a gallery and allowing to download the images.

We have already developed the mockup of the project on Adobe XD. It must have its version for both platforms (Android & iOS). It is not necessary that they be native but they must allow sending notifications.


Flutter, Codeigniter or similar can be an option.
