App de mensajeria y paqueteria

Necesito una APP de mensajería y paqueteria que indique el lugar de recojida, el lugar de entrega, y los precios según la recojida y entrega(se pueda editar el precio).
Que el app contenga el mapa o se le agregue el mapa y lugares de la áreas donde yo deseo ya que seria para un departamento especifico.
Esta APP pueda ser descargada por cualquier persona desde el Play Store.
