O projeto defini-se por entrega rápida, basicamente um lojista que precisa de um entregador barato irá utilizar-se deste apk para chamar alguém que entregue seu produto, este alguém por sua vez será um usuário qualquer que possui algum tipo de locomoção como carro, moto etc.., Ele será chamado pelo apk e o valor da entrega será anunciado se ele aceitar deverá buscar e entregar o produto. Por ultimo o usuario final, que irá receber e confirmar o recebimento liberando assim o pagamento do entregador e do lojista.

Portanto será um apk com 3 interfaces, Solicitante, Entregador e Recebedor.
