Criar aplicativo de mobilidade para deficientes parecido com UBER, onde precisaremos do painel administrativo, app para o passageiro e outro para o motorista. Para viagens onde o motorista deverá esperar a pessoa (paciente em consulta, cadeirantes...) o aplicativo deverá ter a função de pausa da viagem, armazenando assim o tempo e valor rodado até o momento e quando o motorista reiniciar a corrida, continuará contando o valor a ser pago pelo cliente
