App Android que consume una Api

Hola.

Necesito una App Android para versiones superiores a 4.0.

La misma usaría una RestFul APi (Json).

1- Hace login con user/pass, recibe toquen por el header del response (queda guardado para futuras request).

2-El dashboard tendría una lista de notificaciones traídas desde la API.

3-Tiene que correr con un servicio en background para recibir estas notificaciones.

Por ahora eso solo.
