Una app donde tenga teclado numero para ingresar mediante de ellos un numero X y este sea enviado a un txt o csv en la memoria del dispositivo con la fecha, hora y el numero que se ingreso separado por comas, ejemplo:

2,1,01:00:05.000,03/02/2020
1,1,01:00:05.928,03/02/2020
3,1,01:00:06.205,03/02/2020

Y esos datos puedan ser enviados a mysql (opcional)
