O trabalho a ser realizado no aplicativo terá duas opções
1. Gravar Digital
      * Ler a digital e gravar a digital de cada pessoa em nosso banco de dados cloud.

2. Apontamento
      * Ler a digital, comparar com o que foi gravado em cloud
      * Caso exista, gravar o apontamento do dia no cloud:
                            - Código da Pessoa, Local, GPS, data, hora do apontamento.
        * Caso não consiga gravar em cloud, grava o apontamento no smartphone para enviar novamente.
      * Verificar e enviar os apontamentos não enviados para o cloud.
