Requiero desarrollar una web responsiva que permita enviar mensajes de texto e imagen a una bbdd predeterminada de usuarios ( los id de usuarios son correos y rut ), y si no encuentra un usuario en esta base, haga nua consulta a un sitio con el numero de Rut y traiga el nombre y envie un mensaje automatico diciendo que el usuario X no esta en el sistema.

los mensajes debe guardarse, y se podran consultar toda vez que filtre un "usuario"
