Se requeriere realizar una aplicación WEB compuesta por un Front End en React y un Backend en Python para descargar imagenes de un sistema externo via un API y crear un timelapse a partir de esas imagenes.

Project overview

El objetivo es tener un prototipo de una aplicación web, para esta versión no se requiere trabajar con bases de datos o almacenamiento persistente. Se tienen claros los flujos de información, el manejo del API externo. Se requiere un diseño básico a nivel de interfaz de usuario. Debe entregarse el codigo fuente documentado y se tendran reuniones donde se explique.
