Se requiere desarrollar un plataforma de votación :
1.-Usuario administrador debe ser capaz de cargar la lista de candidatos.
2.-Definir horario disponible de la votación.
3.-Generar reporte de conteo de votación.
4.-Los votantes debe seleccionar ingresar con datos que el sistema debe validar (NIF,correo, telefono)
5.-Los votantes deben elegir el tipo de votación y elegir el candidato.

se requiere una persona con conocimiento java script, php, html , la aplicación debe ser amigable y fácil de gestionar las interfaces serán diseñadas por un experto para luego ser desarrollado en una plataforma web
